Wynmoor Theater EV Charging Project in Coconut Creek
Wynmoor’s residential community wanted convenient on-site charging while addressing concerns about the initial investment and ongoing management. The theater charging project provides a documented example of a managed shared charging installation.
Location: Coconut Creek, Florida
Documented scope: Four Tesla EV chargers; existing panel and meter integration; parking layout and QR payment access

The project need
As EV ownership increased, the association wanted a charging option that residents could use without taking on all of the day-to-day management. The project also needed to account for the existing electrical infrastructure and the layout of the parking area.
What the project included
The published case study lists four Tesla chargers integrated with an existing electrical panel and meter, an accessible EV parking layout and striping, and resident QR-code payment access. Electryfy handled permitting, engineering, and project coordination. Community flyers and digital announcements supported the rollout.
The operating model
The source describes installation labor provided at no cost for this specific project and a five-year charger maintenance commitment. These are Wynmoor’s documented arrangements, not a standing offer for every property. Any managed charging proposal must state its own ownership, payment, operating, and maintenance terms.
Planning individual or shared charging
For a consultation, identify the property address, requested charger quantity, proposed spaces, and whether chargers will serve individual residents or shared users. Photos of the proposed location and available electrical information help the team plan the assessment. Equipment selection and a business model should follow review of capacity, access, anticipated use, and association requirements.
Products and electrical contracting
Lighting of Tomorrow (LOT) supplies lighting and equipment. Electryfy performs electrical contracting as a division of the same company.
