A charger for a designated resident or assigned space. Model 1 is the starting point. Share the parking location and association requirements so the electrical scope can be reviewed.
Charging available to multiple residents, guests, or other approved users. Discuss access, payment preferences, and operating responsibilities. Either business model may be considered.
You purchase and own the charging equipment, control access and pricing, and retain charging revenue. Suitable for individual chargers and shared installations. The published payment structure is 50% to begin and 50% on completion.
For qualifying shared projects, installation may be discounted or have no upfront cost. Revenue allocation, maintenance, and a 5- or 10-year service term are defined in the agreement.
Project eligibility, electrical upgrades, pricing, and ongoing responsibilities are confirmed in the written proposal. A no-upfront-cost arrangement is not guaranteed for every property.
