Yes. Lighting of Tomorrow (LOT) and Electryfy are divisions of the same company. Watts measure power use; lumens measure light output. Compare lumen output, light distribution, mounting height and the light levels needed for your space. A lower-wattage fixture does not automatically provide equivalent lighting. For energy comparisons, use total existing fixture wattage, including ballast power when known.

Confirm input voltage, color temperature, mounting method, dimensions and environmental ratings for the exact model. Check whether photocells, motion sensors or dimming controls are included or optional, and verify compatibility with the fixture and your system. A photometric layout can help evaluate light levels and coverage when changing fixture types, spacing or mounting heights. Ask about IES photometric files for the proposed models and whether your project needs a layout. Share site dimensions, pole or ceiling heights, obstacles and any lighting requirements in your project documents.

Request documentation for the exact fixture, light source and shielding configuration, including any claimed wildlife-lighting certification. Coastal suitability and turtle-lighting requirements need separate review. Confirm the local requirements for your site; an amber color description alone does not establish compliance. Mounting, shielding and visibility from the beach also matter.

Review the written warranty for the exact manufacturer and model before ordering. Confirm the coverage period, exclusions, claim process and whether labor, removal or reinstallation is covered. Ask our team for the applicable product warranty details when requesting your quote.
