St. Regis Bal Harbour Parking Garage LED Lighting Upgrade
A parking garage lighting upgrade at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort brought fixture selection, electrical planning, and installation together for an occupied hospitality property.
Location: Bal Harbour, Florida
Documented scope: 350 LED linear fixtures; electrical and photometric planning; permitting coordination

The project need
The existing garage lighting left uneven illumination and dark areas. The project needed to improve visibility for drivers and pedestrians while respecting the appearance of the resort and the demands of daily operations.
What the project included
The documented scope began with a site evaluation and illumination audit. Electrical and photometric plans were developed and sealed by Falcon Engineering Group, followed by permit documentation and the supply and installation of 350 LED linear fixtures.
The result
Electryfy’s project record reports more uniform illumination and improved visibility for pedestrians, vehicle circulation, and cameras. This case shows how a coordinated fixture layout and electrical scope can address a garage as a complete space.
Planning a similar garage upgrade
For a useful first conversation, prepare garage plans if available, photos of representative fixtures, approximate quantities, mounting heights, operating hours, and access restrictions. Describe dark areas and any maintenance problems so the assessment can address both light distribution and equipment condition. A proposal for another property should be based on its own survey and design requirements.
