European Wax Center’s lighting project aimed to lower lighting power consumption while improving the appearance of the space. LOT reviewed the existing lighting and selected an LED replacement approach.
Project scope
- Reviewed the existing lighting before selecting replacements.
- Replaced lighting described in the original record as 170 watts with a 40-watt LED alternative.
- Focused on illumination for customers and employees.
Project results
The documented wattage comparison represents about a 76.5% reduction for the compared lighting load. It is not a verified whole-building electricity saving. Annual savings depend on fixture quantities, operating hours and the electricity rate.
